  • Print-on-demand designs and artwork relating to topics discussed in the publication/documentaries and the Umbellated brand itself
  • A monthly digital publication accessible to Patreon members with physical copies available in bookstores
  • Physical copy with bonus content sent as part of Patreon membership (when team size permits)

  • Paid ads on Google/Facebook after organic traction

  • Currently functions as an unregistered business with Founder working alone

  • Small team capable of filling multiple roles is ideal initially

Profit Distribution

  • "Wellbeing Threshold" system implemented:
    • Example: $1000 threshold with 5 team members
    • If Total revenue = $4,000 → Team salary = $800, UEF Inflow = $0
    • If Total revenue = $8,000 → Team salary = $1000, UEF Inflow = $3,000
  • Threshold increases when revenue sustains it
